We're looking for someone who:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Ability to strategize and solve problems effectively.
  • Experience working in offices and workplace experience for a hybrid workforce, delivering creative solutions to engage a distributed workforce.
  • Data-driven with a mindset of continual improvement.
  • Demonstrated success in building strong relationships cross-functionally.
  • A strong communicator, keeping teams and stakeholders informed and up to date.
  • Passion for best-in-class workplace experience and customer service.

What you'll be doing:

  • Act as workplace site operations leads and run workplace programs to ensure a seamless day-to-day experience (e.g. food, snacks, mail & packages, parking slots, etc.).
  • Collaborate with others to implement initiatives, processes, tools, policies, and playbooks related to workplace operations and programs.
  • Proactively build relationships with leadership and employees, working with manager and director to use data to understand the habits/needs of Belgrade employees.
  • Support vendor management, including procurement of office supplies, food, and beverages, scheduling repairs as necessary and helping ensure we have best-in-class suppliers with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
  • Collaborate with the external cleaning agency to ensure high hygiene standards and a pleasant working environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Belgrade AFI building management.
  • Support budget tracking for the Belgrade office.
  • Work with the HR team to coordinate internal events including office parties, company all-hands, and industry meetups.
